Subscriptions

Manage or cancel

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Restore a purchase

Sign in to the same Police Assist AI account and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Use the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription.

Refunds

Request refunds from Apple or Google Play.

Account

Forgotten password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and enter the code emailed to you. Codes expire after 30 minutes.

Delete your account

In the app: Account → Delete account. Or sign in at api.policeassistai.com/account. Deleting your account removes your email address and account data; see the privacy policy. It does not cancel a store subscription.

Answers and sources

Every answer lists the sources it relies on. If the library does not cover a question, the assistant says so. To report an incorrect or outdated answer, email us the question, jurisdiction and time.
